Sealed bids will be received by the Pike County Commission at 900 South Franklin Drive Troy, AL 36081 on April 5, 2023, until 4:00PM, local time for Janitorial Services at the Pike County Judicial Complex at which time they will be opened and read. All bids shall be addressed to the Pike County Commission,
900 South Franklin Drive, Troy, AL 36081, Attention: McKenzie Wilson. The word title “Janitorial
Services-Judicial Complex”, the date and time of bid opening must be stated on the face of the envelope. The envelope must be sealed. Specifications may be obtained from the Pike County Commission website, Request for Bids | Commission (pikecommission.com) until the deadline for submitting the bids. The Commission reserves the right to reject and or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in their judgment, the best interests of the Commission will thereby be promoted.
