NOTICE BY PUBLICATION FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT AND DISCHARGE

TO: All known and unknown heirs and all others who may be entitled to inherit under the will of Donald Reeves, deceased.
You will hereby take notice that heretofore John Grady Reeves, as Administrator of the Estate of Donald Reeves, has filed a Petition for Final Settlement and Discharge in the Matter of the Estate of Donald Reeves. Petitioner has moved the Court to set a date and time for a hearing on the same.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a hearing shall be held, at my office in the Pike County Courthouse at 8:30 a.m. on October 16, 2023, when the matters shall be considered, and you may show, if anything you have to allege, why the said Petition for Final Settlement and Discharge should not be granted.
