NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Janis Jones has filed a Complaint pursuant to Section 6-6-560, Code of Alabama, 1975 as amended, against William Flournoy, Jr., and all persons claiming any interests in the following said land, to-wit:
Commencing at the southwest intersection of Oak Street and James Street; thence South 86 degrees 55 minutes West 63.1 feet along the South side of Oak Street; thence South 4 degrees 23 minutes East 104.9 feet; thence South 85 degrees 37 minutes West 10.4 feet; thence South 4 degrees 05 minutes West 73.2 feet; thence North 85 degrees 08 minutes East 88.7 feet to the West side of James Street; thence North 5 degrees 50 minutes West 175,2 feet along the West side of James Street to the point of beginning. Said lot lying and being in the Town of Brundidge, Pike County, Alabama, and containing 0.29 acres, more or less.
Any person claiming any interest in said land shall have thirty (30) days from the last date of publication of this notice in order to file an answer in Case No. CV-2026-900025 pending in the Circuit Court of Pike County, Alabama, or default judgment will be entered against you.
