TAKE NOTICE that on January 13, 2026, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PAD SERIES V TRUST, filed the above-styled Complaint in Ejectment, which alleges that Plaintiff foreclosed its interests in the Real Property on November 18, 2025, that Defendants remain in possession of the Real Property after Notice to Vacate, and Plaintiff seeks a judgment of possession of the Real Property.
On March 03, 2026, the Court entered an Order that service of process upon RONNIE LEE DARBY be made by publication.
All persons to whom this notice is addressed are hereby directed to plead, answer or otherwise respond in writing to the Complaint in this cause on or before the 30th day after the last publication of this Notice, or a judgment of possession by default may be rendered against them, it being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service of the Complaint against RONNIE LEE DARBYAND, AND ALL OTHER OCCUPANTS.
