PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Ivy Creek Construction, LLC, 5327 Ivy Creek Rd, Rutledge, Al has completed the Contract for the Water System Improvements Project for the Town of Goshen in Pike County, Alabama and has made request for final settlement of said contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with the project should immediately notify the above-named contractor and Town of Goshen 535 Montgomery St; Goshen, AL . All claims should be filed within 30 days of the final publication of this notice.
