You will please take notice that on the 12th day of June, 2026 a certain paper in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Jennie Ruth Davis was filed in my office for Probate by Marjorie Faye McLeod Drudy and that the 30th day of July, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. was appointed a day for hearing thereof, at which time any heir, devisee under the will or any proper party can appear and contest the same, if you see proper.
