Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Annie Ellis, single woman, originally in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., on July 13, 2006, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pike County, Alabama, in Book 2006 Page 7226; Modification Agreement(s) recorded on 04/14/2015, in Mortgage Book 2015 Page 2291; recorded on 06/16/2022, in Mortgage Book 2022 Page 5840; also signed by Andre Ellis and Francine Ellis; the undersigned U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WFHE3, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WFHE3, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Troy, Pike County, Alabama, on August 11, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Pike County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot No. 8, according to the Plat of Woodview Subdivision, as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pike County, Alabama in Plat Book 4, Page 104..
