PUBLIC NOTICE

IN THE PROBATE COURT OF PIKE COUNTY, ALABAMA
IN RE: THE ESTATE OFANNIE ANDREWS, DECEASED.
CASE NO. PC-2026-88
ORDER FOR PUBLICATION

This cause being made to appear to Michael T. Bunn, Judge of Probate of Pike County, by Affidavit of the Petitioner appearing Pro Se’, that there are certain heirs of Annie L. Andrews, deceased, whose location cannot be ascertained, and further belief that the following are of sound mind and over the age of 19. Upon affidavit and Petition to Publish for Heirs whose whereabouts are unknown, the following is to be published:
In the Matter of the Application of D’Nita Andrews to Admit to Probate an Instrument Purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Annie Andrews, Deceased; CASE PC-2026-88
ATTN: Shaun Andrews and Dietrich Andrews
ON June 12th, 2026, came D’Nita Andrews and filed her petition in writing and under oath, praying for an order of this Court, admitting to probate an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Annie L Andrews, deceased.
It is Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the 16th Day of November, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. be, and the same hereby is fixed by the Court as the day and time for the hearing on the said petition.
It is further ORDERED that publication be made in The Troy Messenger, a newspaper of general circulation published in Pike County, Alabama once per week for four consecutive weeks, requiring any heir of the decedent to plead, answer or demurrer to the Petition for Probate of the Will of Annie Andrews, filed by D’Nita Andrews, Petitioner.
Said pleading, answer or demurrer must be made or filed by the 6th Day of November, 2026.
