NOTICE OF PUBLICATION TO PROBATE WILL

TO: Mary Candace Burt, Beulah Eiland, Jeffrey Eiland, Johnny Eiland, Gail Harper, Ann Harrison, Sandra Jesse, Donald Johnson, Vicky Johnson, Ben Jones, Mike Jones, Paul Jones, Willie Edward Jones, Buna Messick, Denny Stallings, Kathy Taylor, and all heirs-at-law and next-of-kin capable of inheriting from the ESTATE OF MABEL JEAN JONES, DECEASED.
You will please take notice that on this day came Troy Bank and Trust Company and produced to the Court a paper purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Mabel Jean Jones, deceased, and petitions the Court to admit the said Will to probate and record. You are notified to be and appear before me at my office at the Courthouse of said County, at Troy, Alabama, on the 6th day of April, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., when the Petition will be considered, and show if anything you have to allege, why said paper should not be admitted to probate and record as the true Last Will and Testament of said decedent.
