You will take notice a Complaint has been filed against the Defendant, Triple K Investments, Inc, an Alabama Corporation in this Court by Taylor Construction & Rental, LLC. The Court has directed notice be given to the Defendant, by publication by publishing a notice once a week for four consecutive weeks, in a paper of general publication in Pike County, Alabama. The Defendant is required to demur, plead or answer thereto by July 20, 2026, or suffer default judgment against them.
