NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE (§6-9-87, Code of Alabama, 1975

This is by virtue of notice of fieri facias issued out of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Pike County, and State of Alabama, and to me directed, whereby I am commanded to make the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against Patriot Truck Lines, LLC out of the goods, chattels, lands, and tenements of the said Patriot Truck Lines, LLC. I have levied on the interest of Patriot Truck Lines, LLC.

A Parcel of land lying on the East side of U.S. Highway No. 231 and on the South side of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and being a portion of the SE Ya of Section 27, Township 9 North, Range 22 East, Pike County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the East right of way U.S. Highway No. 231 and the South right of way of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, said point being a 2” rebar (Cap Ca 00050-LS) and the point of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; thence along the South right of way of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive N 72°56’47” E 134.48 feet; thence continuing along said right of way around a curve to the left with a radius of 770.04 feet, a curve length of 409.45 feet and having a chord bearing and distance of N 59°15%42” E 404.64 feet to a %” rebar; thence leaving said right of way S 39°58’00” E 366.43 feet to a %” rebar (Cap CA 00050-LS); thence S 44°56’48” W 757.07 feet to a ‘%” rebar (Cap illegible) lying on the East right of way of U.S. Highway No. 231; thence along said right of way N 17°13’51” W 597.21 feet to the point of beginning. Said Parcel containing 6.47 Acres more or less. Said Parcel subject to a 100’ Transmission Line Easement to Alabama Electric Cooperative (now Power South)

Therefore, according to said command , I shall expose for sale at public auction , all the right , title , and interest of the above named , Patriot Truck Lines , in and to the above-described property on Monday , June 29 , 2026, during the legal hours of sale ( 11:00am) , on the Pike County Courthouse steps at 120 W. Church Street , Troy , Alabama. Sale is to be subject to all prior encumbrances or liens against said property. Russell Thomas, Sheriff, Pike County, Alabama by Chief Deputy Sheriff Buck Williams. Done this 2nd day of June 2026.
